About us

Maison Movement is a bright and inspired two-level home for movement. Our core programs are Strength Training, Pilates and Yoga. Our highly trained instructors provide personalized attention through small group classes, as well as private and semi-private options ensuring your individual needs are managed in a safe fashion. We also offer massage therapy and host speciality clinics and educational events.

Established in 2018—originally as Maison Pilates—our beautiful central location in midtown Toronto is as much a calming and inviting space as it is energizing and exciting.
