Join in a group of four Maison members twice a week over 8 weeks (16 sessions total), as you take your fitness to a new level.
Customized programming is designed and led by a certified professional personal trainer + athletic therapist.
It all starts with a one-on-one Initial Assessment to benchmark and determine your personal needs.

INITIAL ASSESMENT
We’ve created the comprehensive Initial Assessment in collaboration with our strength and conditioning coach, Trent Peterson, who is also trained as an athletic therapist.
The session takes approximately 45 - 50 minutes to complete. During this session, we go through everything from gait analysis, to testing your strength, balance and mobility based on a series of easy exercises. We’ll also cover any injuries — current or past.
The assessment serves as a benchmark for you while also helping the coach understand your strengths and weaknesses, so the 8-week program of strength training can be tailored with these in mind to suit your personal needs and abilities.
Be sure to come to this session with your own personal goals to get the most out of it.

Maison Movement Metrics Assessment
THE TRIPLE "M"
We’re all laying the groundwork to live the rest of our lives as the best of our lives. We know that the work we put into maintaining our health now will pay off in the quality of our health down the line.
But, even with consistent commitment to movement, it isn’t always easy to know how much progress you’re making.
That’s why we’ve designed the Maison Movement Metrics Assessment aka ‘The Triple M’. This is the ultimate ‘unlock’ to understanding how you’re performing and progressing over time.
If you love data, and you like to benchmark your progress with the important indicators that reflect your strength and range of motion—also considered to be the key metrics for health-span and longevity—then you’re going to love the Maison Metrics Assessment.
Powered by Vald, our Maison Metrics Assessment takes approximately 45-50 minutes to complete, as you're guided by one of our coaches.
We include a Maison Metrics Assessment as part of the package for the 8-week Strength Training Program (2 X a week), once you’re onto your second round and beyond.
